2. What should I do if I made a mistake making my reservation, such as I spelled my name incorrectly?
If your booking was just made within the last 24 business hours then please email us immediately.

  • Be sure to include the following information in your email to PoconosFlights.com Customer Care:
    • The name of the person making the reservation.
    • Your Trip ID #
    • The departure (city/airport) and return (city/airport).
    • The departure/return dates.
    • The air fare.

Note: If your booking was issued more than 24 business hours, then you will need to contact the airline directly and have them correct it (restrictions may apply!).
